Earlier today, Yahoo(which coincidentally, is the company which owns this fine social platform) published an article regarding the early positive reactions from music critics towards Kanye West’s latest album, “Yeezus”, which leaked yesterday. However, the comment section is filled with racist, hate-fueled obscenities. Here are a few selections:
“Doesn’t anybody have the balls to say this ISN”T music it’s just some uneducated black man RANTING how he hates women! How do people buy into this #$%$?”
“The end of the road for K the idiot boy”
“Kanye…please just die.”
“Probably from Kenya”
“Poor dyslexic Kanye. He meant to say “I am dog.”
“He needs to be remembered like Tupac and Biggie.”(with the following comment saying, “dead!”)
“Filthy trash with a #$%$ wife. NO ONE cares about this #$%$ or his loser khunt wife.”
“just another reason why I hate this jig”
These reactions only further prove what West has been saying since “The College Dropout” era- no matter how well you dress, how well you rhyme, or how many albums you sell, White America will not want to accept or consider the contributions of African-American artists as “American art”.
